Q: How will you work with our photographer

A: Communication. Collaboration. Community > Competition. Long story short, teamwork makes the dream work. We pride ourselves on the relationships we’ve built with the many talented photographers over the years. See some of our favs in action here:

Q: Who are your favorite vendors to work with?

A: These people. Every. Single. Damn. One.

Q: How do you interact with guests:

A: We like to blend into the crowds as if we are guests ourselves. We just have cooler cameras than iphones and maybe some other things. A better question is how do they interact with us…

q: Have you filmed at our church?

A; Again, probably. We have our approach to filming ceremonies down to a science. We do have to abide by the filming rules of your church and can adjust accordingly.

Q: HOW MUCH RECEPTION COVERAGE DO YOU RECOMMEND?

A: This depends on your preference of how much party coverage you would like. The standard reception timeline flows like this:

  • 6:00 pm - Cocktail hour

  • 7:05 pm - Grand entrances and cake cutting

  • 7:15 pm - Speeches

  • 7:30 pm - Dinner is served

  • 8:30 pm - Formal dances (Mother/ Son, Father/ Daughter, First Dance)

  • 8:45 pm - Dance floor opens to guests

  • 9:30 pm - Video coverage ends. We do recommend 30-60 minutes of dance party coverage

It is common for couples who have a party crowd to add on reception coverage or if they have a special surprise/ photo op planned for later in the evening.
